Tea and Coffee Packaging



The core of a coffee bag boils down to three things:


**One-way venting valve:** Coffee beans continuously release carbon dioxide; the valve expels this gas, preventing oxygen from entering. The valve body can be customized in color and printed with a logo.


**High-barrier material:** Standard structure uses PET/AL/PE, with aluminum foil blocking oxygen and light. Transparent versions use PET/NY/PE with a coating, allowing the beans to be seen, but with slightly lower barrier properties.


**Light protection:** Ultraviolet light accelerates oil oxidation; aluminum foil provides 100% light protection, while transparent bags require a UV coating.
